  • An AurStaff recruiter will conduct a personal interview with you to gain a clear understanding of your career goals, your skills and experience, and the types of positions you’re seeking. The more we know about you, the more effectively we will be able to market you to prospective employers.
  • After your personal interview, you’ll participate in an online and interactive safety program and other skills assessments as needed.
  • Your recruiter will verify your work history by contacting at least three of your professional references.
  • Once your reference check is complete, AurStaff will begin targeting positions that match your personal profile and personal requirements.
  • You’ll receive full support during the interview process including interview coaching and comprehensive information about the prospective employer.
  • AurStaff will assist in the negotiation of your salary and benefits package (Direct hire positions).
  • We’ll remain in close communication with you to ensure long-term success and a mutually rewarding match.
