2010 Holiday Carnival

Santa and Mrs. Claus took a break from their work in the North Pole to visit with employees and their families during C&A’s annual Holiday Carnival in early December at the Scott Conference Center. More than 300 were in attendance! Click here to view photos from the event.

Celebrating with professionals from each of the staffing divisions within C&A Industries, Inc., parent company of AurStaff, AurStaff was ecstatic to recognize the accomplishments of its 2010 Employee of the Year, Frank F. at the annual awards dinner held Thursday, September 23.

Congratulations to Matt W., AurStaff’s Q2 Employee of the Quarter!

Matt W. has worked with AurStaff since August of 2006 with several clients. Always eager for a new challenge, Matt learns quickly and performs at peak capacity. The supervisor at his current client states, “Matt is very dependable, flexible with job duties, works any shift, and will change shifts with no notice. He is known as the “go-to” for any project.” We are proud to have Matt on the team and congratulate him for a job well done!

Getting to Know Michael Barnes

Keeping active has always been a top priority to Michael B. of AurStaff. He can’t stand to be in the house all day! Growing up he always wanted to play in pop warner baseball with his friends, but his Dad wouldn’t let him play because he was blind in his left eye and his father was afraid for him. It took him years to convince his dad, but in the summer of his 8th grade year his dad let him play telling him he better do a good job. After his first game his dad bragged to everyone about how good he was and that set in motion the drive to do well in all sports and even win a scholarship to college through football and track.
